THE YAAN.

Hmmmm. This one has me thinking. Today I had  lunch from the Urunga Fish and Chips Shop. I haven’t had anything from there since I moved back to Urunga and was pretty tickled to find that they sold real potato scallops ( not the frozen ones.) We exchanged knowing glances, the Fish and Chips man and me. AND they sold pineapple fritters – REAL ONES – with a choice of cinnamon or icing sugar sprinkled on. I am a purist. Icing Sugar it is.

And I did not ask for permission to have a fine seaside lunch.
