THE YAAN.
There was a white horse in the front paddock when I came home today. She’s gone now but she was pretty. Its been a very hot day and its finished off with the house next door lighting an huge fire with an accelerant. All the rubble of the previous year. They are following it up with a party. I did the Markets and a Meeting and the heat was pretty staggering all day.
This week’s photo challenge is BREAKFAST. I was a non-breakfast eater almost all my life. Its only since I started living with Izzy that I do breakfast. A bagel and a cup of white tea. That’s our breakfast. Here, in Raleigh, we eat outside on the verandah sometime after he has fed the lorikeets and butcher birds. We have 2 books of Readings which Iz reads aloud and we talk of this and that before going out there to do this and that.
Sometimes, I follow through with a café brunch. I have eaten in great places from Brisbane in the North to the South Coast of NSW and west to Armidale. In Bello, I like the porridge they sell at the BLACK BEAR CAFÉ.
I do write a lot – always have. Sometimes I try to keep these posts to 250 words as an exercise.I will take my look round the brekkie photos of other bloggers and see what I have in my files but when it comes to breakfast for us here, its definitely the lorikeets who eat the most, cost the most and make the most noise.

Sounds good to me! I drink my tea and coffee without milk now, though. DH often has just what you’ve described! 😆
