A COUNTRY WOMAN ON THE OLD STONE STEPS OF THE ROCKS IN SYDNEY.
YES. FEET ON EARTH. KNOCK ON WOOD. TOUCH STONE. GOOD LUCK TO ALL. DESERT SOLITAIRE. EDWARD ABBEY.
THE YAAN : The challenge showed a solitary woman so today I hunted up some shots of the Solitary People. I was looking in the country photos but have chosen the CITY ones. The Rocks is part of the first settlement of Australia in the late 1700s. It’s a tourist centre and generally packed with explorers – but – now and then – a solitary moment. For me and for the didgeridoo player amongst the crowds of Circular Quay.
